relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the city of
Cambridge.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Cambridge for costs
associated with relocating and constructing a propane distribution facility and for costs
associated with demolition, cleanup, and restoration of the existing propane facility. Eligible
costs include: land acquisition, site preparation and improvements, moving expenses, building
construction, rail construction, rail switch construction, demolition, environmental
remediation, engineering, and other necessary site improvements. This is a onetime
appropriation.
