A bill for an act
relating to transportation; designating a segment of marked Trunk Highway 210
in Cass County as State Trooper Ray Krueger Memorial Highway; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 161.14, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

new text begin State Trooper Ray Krueger Memorial Highway. new text end

new text begin That segment of marked
Trunk Highway 210 within Cass County is designated as "State Trooper Ray Krueger
Memorial Highway." Subject to section 161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable
design to mark this highway and erect appropriate signs in the vicinity of the location where
Trooper Krueger died.
