BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The Public Employees Retirement Association shall conduct an actuarial cost study
of a potential separate special retirement plan for postsentencing officers that allows
retirement at the age of 60. The study must be completed by December 1, 2008.
