BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of natural resources must classify narrow-leaved cattail (Typha
angustifolia) and any hybrid thereof as a prohibited invasive species under Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 84D.
