BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Jackson County to construct hiking and
mountain-biking trails at Belmont Park.
