BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for youth intervention programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 299A.73.
This is a onetime appropriation.
