BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

PROGRAMS.

$1,200,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for sexual assault primary prevention programs under Minnesota Statutes,
section 611A.212. This amount is added to the base appropriation for this purpose.
