relating to transportation; making appropriation for right-of-way acquisition
under the corridors of commerce program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CORRIDORS OF COMMERCE RIGHT-OF-WAY
ACQUISITION.

new text begin $50,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of transportation for right-of-way acquisition for projects in the corridors
of commerce program under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.088. The commissioner
may identify projects based on the most recent selection process or may perform a new
selection. This is a onetime appropriation. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.28, this appropriation is available for three years after the year of appropriation.
