A bill for an act
 relating to human services; removing the prohibition on using a broker or
coordinator for nonemergency medical transportation services; repealing Minnesota
Statutes 2016, section 256B.0625, subdivision 18b.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Subd. 18b.

Broker dispatching prohibition.

Except for establishing level of service process, the commissioner shall not use a broker or coordinator for any purpose related to nonemergency medical transportation services under subdivision 18.
