A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money to reimburse the city of Mendota
for a water pressure valve.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MENDOTA; WATER PRESSURE VALVE.

new text begin $50,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and
economic development for a grant to the city of Mendota to reimburse the city for the cost
of a water pressure valve installed on a city water main. This appropriation does require a
nonstate contribution.
