  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to real property; requiring public entities 
  1.3             to release certain rights. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MET CENTER RESTRICTIVE COVENANT; RELEASE OF 
  1.6   RIGHTS REQUIRED.] 
  1.7      Any public corporation, public body, or home rule or 
  1.8   charter city of this state that is a benefited party under that 
  1.9   certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, executed by the 
  1.10  Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission in 1998 with respect 
  1.11  to certain real property in the city of Bloomington known as the 
  1.12  Met Center, shall release its rights under that Declaration no 
  1.13  later than August 1, 2004.
