BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CLIMATE AND HEALTH PROGRAM.

$400,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of health for a climate and health program to prepare for and respond to climate change and
its impacts on public health.
