relating to capital investment; appropriating money for improvements to the
Disabled Veterans Rest Camp.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DISABLED VETERANS REST CAMP; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $128,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Disabled Veterans Rest Camp
on Big Marine Lake in Washington County for landscape improvements around the new
cabins, including a retaining wall around a water drainage holding pond and security fencing
with vehicle control gates along the entrance road. This is a onetime appropriation.
