BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$906,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities Center for a grant to the Minnesota
Debate League to expand the Minnesota Debate League program to serve additional school
districts in the metropolitan area and greater Minnesota.
