BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The base appropriation to the Minnesota Humanities Center is reduced by $325,000
each year in fiscal years 2020 and 2021. During these fiscal years, the Minnesota Humanities
Center may not award grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 138.912.
