  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER; EXTENSION OF PAID LEAVE OF ABSENCE 
  1.8   FOR ORGAN DONATION.] 
  1.9      Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 181.9455, subdivision 6, 
  1.10  is repealed. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
