relating to capital investment; appropriating money for renovation of the Serbian
Cultural Center in South St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SOUTH ST. PAUL; SERBIAN CULTURAL CENTER.

new text begin $300,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Serbian Cultural Center of
Minnesota in South St. Paul, to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip the renovation
of the center. This appropriation does not require a nonstate contribution.
