A bill for an act
 relating to health occupations; modifying the authority of dentists to administer
certain vaccines; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 150A.055, subdivision
1, as amended.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 150A.055, subdivision 1, as amended by Laws
2021, chapter 4, section 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Practice of dentistry.

A person licensed to practice dentistry under
sections 150A.01 to 150A.14 shall be deemed to be practicing dentistry while participating
