proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 145.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[145.57] PACKAGING OF ACETAMINOPHEN; SUICIDE
PREVENTION.

(a) Upon approval by the federal food and drug administration, all over-the-counter
capsules or tablets containing acetaminophen sold in the state must be packaged in
blister packs.

(b) For purposes of this section, "blister packs" means dosage units individually
sealed in clear plastic or plastic compartments with foil or paper backing.
