relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to Oasis Central
Minnesota, Inc.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMMISSIONER OF HUMAN SERVICES.

$250,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to Oasis Central Minnesota,
Inc., serving Morrison County to provide opioid programming, behavioral health services,
and residential housing with employment services. This is a onetime appropriation.
