communities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$12,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the legacy fund to the commissioner
of health to provide a grant to The TAP (Tap All Possibilities) in St. Paul to support mental
health in disability communities through various art forms, community supports, and
community engagement.
