relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the ProStart
and Hospitality Tourism Management Program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant for well-established, proven, and
successful education programs that help young people advance careers in the hospitality
industry and address critical long-term workforce shortages.
