A bill for an act
relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for the Kensington
Area Heritage Society.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$325,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage
fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
the Kensington Area Heritage Society to design, develop, construct, renovate, equip,
and furnish a museum and research center for the society in Douglas County. This
appropriation is available until expended.
