  1.2             relating to agriculture; repealing the weather 
  1.3             modification regulatory laws; repealing Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1998, sections 42.01; 42.02; 42.03; 42.04; 
  1.5             42.05; 42.06; 42.07; 42.08; 42.09; 42.10; 42.11; 
  1.6             42.12; 42.13; and 42.14. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.9      Minnesota Statutes 1998, sections 42.01; 42.02; 42.03; 
  1.10  42.04; 42.05; 42.06; 42.07; 42.08; 42.09; 42.10; 42.11; 42.12; 
  1.11  42.13; and 42.14, are repealed.
