relating to education finance; eliminating the community education, school
readiness, and Early Childhood Family Education fund balance penalties;
repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 124D.135, subdivisions 8, 9;
124D.16, subdivisions 6, 7; 124D.20, subdivisions 11, 12.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
