BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,052,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $1,052,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the petroleum tank fund to the commissioner of commerce for the Petroleum Tank Release
Compensation Board.
