A bill for an act
relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money to construct a public
takraw court.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; RAMSEY COUNTY OR CITY OF ST. PAUL;

$150,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of administration for a grant to Ramsey County or to the city of St. Paul
to construct a public takraw court. The entity that receives the grant under this section must
provide a nonstate cash match equal to the amount of the grant received under this section.
