relating to data practices; delaying expiration of the legislative commission on
data practices; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 3.8843, subdivision 7.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 3.8843, subdivision 7, is amended to read:

Expiration.
