A bill for an act
relating to insurance; repealing the Minnesota comprehensive health insurance
annual contributing member assessments; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014,
section 62E.11, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 62E.11, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Effective July 1, 2015, no assessments against a contributing
member shall be levied under this chapter.
