relating to the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority; requiring disposal of stadium
suites; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 473J.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[473J.28] STADIUM SUITES; DISPOSAL.

Before January 1, 2018, the authority shall sell all rights to stadium suites or cabin suites
for a fair market value. The authority shall offer the stadium suites or cabin suites to the
general public via notice in the State Register.
