relating to liquor; allowing brew pubs to sell to a retail licensee at the airport.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin METROPOLITAN AIRPORTS COMMISSION; SPECIAL LICENSE.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.301, subdivision 6, paragraph (d),
Minnesota brew pubs may sell malt liquor to a single retail licensee of the Metropolitan
Airports Commission for on-sale at a single location operated in collaboration with the
Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild. Sales of malt liquor under this section may be made directly
by the brew pub to the retail licensee or to a licensed wholesaler for distribution exclusively
to the retail licensee.
