BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

WATER PROJECT.

$1,500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Voyageurs
National Park Clean Water Joint Powers Board for the comprehensive wastewater plan to
protect, enhance, and restore water quality in Voyageurs National Park.
