BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY.

$4,730,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $4,650,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota for operation
and maintenance of the veterinary diagnostic laboratory.
