relating to building codes; allowing Mille Lacs County to rescind adoption of the
State Building Code.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, Mille Lacs County may by ordinance
rescind its adoption of the State Building Code. The county may by ordinance adopt a
municipal building code to be enforced in and administered by the county.
