relating to economic development; appropriating money for transportation
infrastructure in Ramsey County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$35,000,000 is appropriated from the economic development account established
under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.04, subdivision 6, in the trunk highway fund,
to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Ramsey County for construction,
reconstruction, and improvement of trunk highways and county state-aid highways in the
vicinity of the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) in Ramsey County.
