Appropriating money to the university of Minnesota and authorizing the issuance
of state bonds for higher education asset preservation and replacement, for
completion of the construction of the molecular and cellular biology building
and for construction of a new art building on the Minneapolis campus, for
construction of a microbial and plant genomics building, for replacement or
renovation of greenhouses and for construction of a quarantine and
biocontainment facility on the St. Paul campus, for construction of a music
performance laboratory and the bulldog sports center on the Duluth campus, for
renovation of the Kiehle building on the Crookston campus and the science and
math building on the Morris campus and for improvements to certain research and
outreach centers and to the commissioner of finance for bond sale expenses (mk)
