submitted to the secretary of state; regulating foreign cooperatives; removing
the requirement for the secretary of state to annually inform the attorney
general and the commissioner of the dissolution of foreign cooperatives and
nonprofit corporations; allowing foreign limited liability partnerships to use
alternative names under certain conditions; repealing certain provisions
relating to contest of name filings
