Bill Name: SF3311

Prohibiting the intentional discharge or release into drinking water or air or
on land of chemicals found to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity; requiring a
warning before knowing or intentional exposure of others to the chemicals;
requiring the commissioner of health to publish a list of chemicals known to
cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm and to periodically revise and
republish the list, requiring additions to the list under certain conditions;
requiring the commissioner to use the list developed under the California health
and safety code as an initial list (mk)
