ARTICLE 1 - ENVIRONMENT AND
NATURAL RESOURCES

Appropriating money and reducing appropriations to the
pollution control agency (PCA) for air, land, environmental assistance and cross
media and administrative support, to the department of natural resources for
lands and minerals, water resources, forest, parks and trails and fish and
wildlife management, ecological services, enforcement and operations support,
board of water and soil resources (BWSR) for reduction of DR-1717 disaster
relief and rehabilitation erosion and sediment control, and for returned grants,
the metropolitan council, the Minnesota conservation corps, and the zoological
board; providing for certain fund transfers; modifying requirements for youth
hunters; establishing the peace officer training account in the game and fish
fund; repealing certain youth hunters provisions

ARTICLE 2 - ENERGY AND
COMMERCE

Appropriating money and reducing appropriations to the department of
commerce for financial institutions, petroleum tank release cleanup board,
administrative services, market assurance, and communications access Minnesota;
providing for certain fund transfers; "Minnesota Secure and Fair Enforcement for
Mortgage Licensing Act of 2009" or "Minnesota S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of
2009"; providing for the licensing and regulation of an individual engaged in
the business of a mortgage loan origination or the mortgage loan business;
providing certain conforming and transitional provisions
