2E Modifying provisions relating to nursing facilities case mix classifications;
modifying certain compliance requirements for nursing facilities serving
individuals with alzheimer's disease and related disorders, authorizing
correction orders in certain situations; making changes to certain nursing home
moratorium provisions, modifying certain definitions, modifying the request for
proposals procedure, eliminating a certain amended request by a nursing facility
located in Duluth, removing certain criteria used for proposal evaluation,
modifying the source and content expectation of certain occupancy reports for
nursing home beds; eliminating a certain provision relating to extending the
approval of moratorium exceptions; authorizing the commissioner of health
discretion in revoking, suspending or refusing to renew a license for a nursing
facility under certain conditions; requiring the commissioner of health in
consultation with the commissioner of human services to provide recommendations
to the legislature by a certain date for provider standards for personal care
assistant services
