Northland community and technical college to establish a beef cattle diagnostic
team pilot project; requiring the educational delivery teams to provide
appropriate technologies to enhance the financial success and sustainability of
beef cattle farms; including the counties of Beltrami, Clearwater, Kittson, Lake
of the Woods, Marshall, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake and Roseau counties in the
pilot project; specifying certain duties and reporting requirements; requiring
report to the legislative by a certain date
