metropolitan magnet schools; authorizing metropolitan magnet schools to adopt
health and safety programs and submit applications for health and safety revenue
to the commissioner of children, families and learning, providing for
allocation; increasing certain prior appropriations to the commissioner for
integration aid and appropriating money to the commissioner and authorizing the
issuance of state bonds for metropolitan magnet school grants to the west metro
education program for completion of the fine arts interdisciplinary resource
school and for location of the southwest metropolitan interdistrict magnet
school in independent school district 283, St. Louis Park; cancelling certain
prior bonding authorizations for the southwest metropolitan integration magnet
