Relating to transportation; redefining road or highway as a right-of-way
principally used for travel and for the transportation of persons and property;
creating a highway mobility account in the trunk highway fund and appropriating
money in the account to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) for the
construction or improvement of trunk highways and for projects to increase bus
transit ridership on trunk highway corridors; imposing an additional tax on
gasoline and special fuels for crediting to the account, sunset (ra)
