"Minnesota Starvation and Dehydration of Persons with Disabilities Prevention
Act"; requiring the commissioner of health to develop and carry out a statewide
campaign to educate the public on the importance of making individual wishes
known concerning the receipt of nutrition, hydration and life preserving medical
treatment by completing a health care directive or health care living will,
requiring the commissioner to develop and maintain a stable internet web site;
providing for a presumption of nutrition and hydration sufficient to sustain
life, exception; providing civil remedies; severability clause
