ski areas and defining the responsibilities of ski area operators and of
skiers using the areas; exempting ski area operators from liability for injury
resulting from the inherent dangers and risks of skiing; providing for certain
warnings; imposing a statute of limitations on actions against ski area
operators or employees to recover damages for injury to person or property
caused by the maintenance, supervision or operation of passenger tramways or ski
