certified public accountants (CPA) certified or licensed after a certain date;
requiring the board of accountancy in consultation with the university of
Minnesota, the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU), private
colleges and private career schools to establish criteria to assess equivalent
education for examination administration purposes and to implement a voluntary
registration of accounting practitioners by a certain date, requiring the board
to prescribe the limits of practice, educational preparation, examination,
registration, fees and continuing education requirements for the registration,
specifying certain consultation requirements (mk, ja)
