Placing certain conditions on the acquisition of real property paid from the
environment and natural resources trust or Minnesota future resources funds;
requiring the recording and indexing in the office of the county recorder or the
registrar of titles of restrictions relating to the use of the real property;
providing for vesting of ownership in the state under certain violation
conditions, requiring the crediting of property sale proceeds to the fund of
original payment; requiring the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) to
request funding recipient payment of real estate taxes, costs, interests,
penalties and assessments on the property before vesting in the state upon
breach of restrictions, authorizing commissioner payment of the debt and redress
