Requiring applicants for health care benefits under public programs including,
but not limited to, Medicaid, medical assistance (MA), general assistance
medical care (GAMC) or MinnesotaCare and persons requiring uncompensated care in
a hospital to identify the employeror employers of the proposed beneficiary of
the health care benefits; requiring the commissioner of human services to
annually transmit to the legislature reports identifying the employers employing
a certain number of public health program beneficiaries, specifying certain
report content requirements and requiring availability on the department web
site
