for the Children's theatre company for a public museum, a gallery of art, a

for certain property owned by the Minneapolis park and recreation board and
leased to the Minneapolis institute of arts for facility construction and
operation purposes; authorizing the county to sublease the property and
improvements to a nonprofit organization for program management purposes;
