SUBDIVISIONS Establishing standards for the creation of corporations by local
government units, requiring statutory authorization; authorizing joint powers
entities to incorporate as nonprofit corporations; providing for the
continuation of existing corporations created by local government units,
specifying certain resolution requirements; providing for the filing of amended
articles of incorporation; requiring compliance with laws applying to local
units, authorizing exemption by resolution, requiring periodic review of
exemptions; restricting the use of tax proceeds to public purposes; requiring
annual audits of certain corporations; classifying certain data; repealing
certain existing provisions restricting the creation of corporations by local
